Return Policy Return Policy for Monroe Oxygen and Medical Equipment
• Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 business days, when accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
• If items were paid for with a credit card, that same card will be refunded in full, the day of the return.
• If items were paid for with cash or check, a refund check will be issued within 15 business days of return.
• Items can not be returned if they have been worn, used or damaged.
• Original packaging must be accompanied with the items and can not be damaged.
• Any item shrink wrapped cannot be returned if it is not in the original wrapping.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE : LIFT CHAIRS, ANY SPECIAL ORDER ITEM, TOILET SEATS OF ANY KIND, PILLOWS(unless shrink wrapped) MASKS FOR CPAP AND BiPAP MACHINES
